CrossFit Cork is a Strength and Conditioning facility that was founded in January of 2011. We are located in a 8000 sq foot fully equipped strength and conditioning centre located in Unit 6 MFT, Doughcloyne Industrial Estate, Sarsfield Road, Cork. It is owned and operated by Ian O’Leary and Kevin Kennedy.

We believe in being healthily, happy and living an easier life through training hard and eating well.

We aim to achieve this through planned training sessions suited to anyone from novice trainees to advanced athletes.

We also embrace and promote sensible up to date nutrition advice.

We are a registered affiliate of CrossFit and use the CrossFit methodology plus various other strength and conditioning tools to deliver a training programme that is challenging, fun and most of all will help you achieve your goals whether you are an athlete or simply someone trying to live a better life.
